And a thermal case for printer under construction. Remaing to do are the braces and door hinges. Using arduino controlled reptile lamp and 220v 4inch fan to control case heat at 65% of bed heat with increase of 1.6% per mm in height. Will take a thermistor feed directly from the printer board to read bed heat. While im under the hood ill take oppertunity to power the bed externally instead of feeding through the 12v limited mainboard which struggles to get up over 105c. Using 24v external i can pump it to 120c quickly without risking blowing the inbedded mosfet.

Will add door hinges when they are completed. All files designed to print at 0.4mm layer. 30% infill. 1.2 wall thickness suggested.

To assemble glue the 8 outter braces on first. Let the acrylic glu cure properly. Then use a drill and 3mmx18mm bolt and nut or self tapping screw to assemble to the inner support. Holes in models.

Glue the support struts on. More info later on rest of build. For anet a8 im using 550mmx
