UPDATE: Sizes have been slightly increased and tweaked

This is a model I made to pay tribute to the Gladius saber from Saber Forge. They created the lightsaber to be similar to the one you get as a starter Jedi in the game "The Old Republic" MMO. I loved the design, and how simple it was, so I decided to make my own.

I designed this model to have a 3/4" dowel rod inserted inside for extra weight and stability. The grip section is intended to have leather or some sort of fabric wrapped around it.

The order, in terms of assembly, from bottom to top should be:
Pommel
Grip
Mid Section
Activation Section
