GREN3DAL CONCEPT Weatherproof, sporting a number of implemented ideas: Rain lip for main electronics cavity. Bottle is Sinched between the two pieces to create a watertight seal without the use of gaskets. Notch on the locking collar sits under the solar panel to provide additional protection for the wireway. Wireway is sloped away from vital areas with a drain at the lowest point. The tripod design allows for mounting on all types of roofing materials and all slopes. (Not just CORRUGATED, but flat also) The electronics cavity was designed for future expansion and ease of access. No mechanical fasteners means maintenance is easily performed. The two pieces apply force in opposite directions on the bottle, locking it in place. Vacuum formed (I know) pieces are cheap and easily reproduced. Built in tabs help the location of the solar panel, batteries, and LEDs for optimal construction ease. Designed to be used with any type of 2-Liter bottle available.
