Gridfinity half-size pliers holder

Remix of the full-size [nippers and strippers holder](https://thangs.com/designer/ZackFreedman/3d-model/Gridfinity%20Nippers%20%2B%20Strippers%20%2B%20Pliers%20Racks-61120). Basically the same but cut in half because I don't use that many nippers and strippers on the reg lol. Now I see why he did it like that because loaded up it is definitely a little unstable, but I haven't had problems yet. Enjoy!
