Grindstone

You only need superglue, sandpaper, a ball of string, 175 x 25 x 32 mm grindstone (A bigger wetgrind grindstone could be better because it has more momentum and it makes finer results. But i wanted to make it and designed it for more standart and easy to find parts.) and some machine oil except 3d printed parts.

It could be better with ball bearings and some heavy metal parts. But my challenge is making it mostly with 3d printed PLA. There is only two small parts which maded with TPU are "Grindstone Shaft Stud Cap" and "Grindstone Shaft Stud Handle" (The second one is optional.).

It could be a good educational material for understanding some machine components.

Most of bench grinder motors could reach better results. But you can make effective results with this grindstone too. It is portable and energy free and still faster than whetstones for getting effective results. You need to holding the knife cross while sharpening.
