Pico Peripheral Platform V1
A modular Raspberry Pi Pico mounting platform designed for rapid prototyping, peripheral testing, and future expansion.
The design combines a secure Pico mounting system, open GPIO access, integrated cable routing, and a removable TPU pin-protector topper.
A key feature of the project is the printable gate-post rail architecture, which eliminates the need for metal alignment dowels while maintaining excellent strength and repeatability. The platform also includes a lower expansion shelf intended for future peripheral modules, displays, sensors, and accessory boards.
Features:
*Raspberry Pi Pico compatible
*Open GPIO access
*Removable TPU pin-protection topper
*integrated cable management
*Printable gate-post rail system
*No metal dowels required
*Expansion shelf for future peripherals
*Fully 3d printable design
This project was developed through rapid iteration, physical testing, and assembly validation. The gate-post connectors, rail system, topper, an
