Handlebar Mount - Quick Release

Update: I found this to be pretty brittle and broke easily, might be better to print it in something other than PLA.

The mount is 22mm in diameter but I have included a blank mount so you can use my [Customizable Handlebar Mount](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3245210) to make one that fits your handlebar.
