Hatchbox Spool Roller

I frequently change filaments so I wanted something quick and easy. I designed this spool roller for all of my Hatchbox filaments. It is very smooth and does a nice job of limiting friction. Originally, I printed the bearing sleeves in PLA, but after I got better with flexible filaments decided to do the bearing sleeves in a NinjaTek Cheetah filament and it works even better.

Included are the base by itself, 4 bearings by themselves, 1 bearing by itself, and the entire assembly (with the exception of the bolts, nut, and washer.) I used 1/4" bolts that were 1-1/4" in length. I used a 1/4" washer on each side of the bolt holes to better secure the bolt head and nut. The bearings are 608ZZ.
