Headlight Basic

I´ve designed some Basic Headlights and corresponding Cover.

This Design is a Basic "Start" From Design. With "Scaling" (Resize) you can match maybe your projects needs.

- i made the 2 Cylinders on the Back extra long - for "adjustment" or grinding afterwards.

I currently didnt print that one (but i will) - just want to share my work with all of you :).

The "base headlight" for my project will be printed with FDM Printer, and the Cover with Transparent Resin.

For "best Look Through Effect" there will be a lot of work with sanding with 3000grid and more needed.

These Headlight and Cover are intented to be 3D Printed (both with Resin, or at least the Headlight Cover in Transparent Resin).

- Both Models were Checked with Meshmixer, and 3D Builder for Errors (no errors found).

Size of the Headlight Base:
- Diameter: 65.7152 mm
- Depth: 39.9476 mm

Size of the Headlight Cover:
- Diameter: 65.9432 mm
- Depth: 8.9264 mm
