Heater for dry box

This is heat block for Filament dry box

The PTC heater module from aliexpres is the base for my heater block.
I tried revisions 80 and 120 C, but revision 220 C worked fine for me. Current on heating is about 3.5 A
I am using a heatsink from an old TV and two pieces of a bridge heatsink from an old PC motherboard.
I made M3 threads for four screws in the TV heatsink to secure it inside the heater block.
The PTC heater is attached to the radiators with hot melt glue.
I used a cork insulating washer under the metal washer to secure the radiator inside the heating unit. When heated, the temperature of the screws reaches 90 degrees. He covered the bolt heads with plugs.
I use M3 inserts to mount ventilator and heaater block inside dry box.

The fan cover was used to protect ventilator and PTC heater.

This heater block allow to increase temperature inside dry box to 51 C.
