Hex bit storage box

My printer is less well dialed in, so i wanted a bit storage box that allowed more tolerances and still hold my bits.

Changes added when remixing:
- The 6.35mm(1/4") version needed some rearranging since hex slots became too wide for the cover.
- The 4mm version is fresh, the wowstick bits were longer, so the cover is 5mm higher and the tray is 4mm higher.
- Both trays allow the same tolerances that work well with my printer, even when they are very loose for you, when in the closed position there should be no room for them to fall out.
