HFSSTC Coil Frames Made from PETG These are simple coil frames intended for High-Frequency Solid-State Tesla Coils (HFSSTC). The frames are 3D printed using PETG, which offers good thermal resistance and mechanical strength, making it suitable for high-frequency and high-voltage applications. The coil formers feature ventilation holes to allow for passive heat dissipation during operation. Copper wire with enamel insulation is tightly wound onto the frame, layer by layer. Each layer is secured using cyanoacrylate (super glue) to ensure structural integrity and prevent wire movement during operation.
