I just made two minor modifications to the hinge provided by @AUREL_14. I added a chamfer to part1 so the door can open past 90 degrees. I also shaved off the width of part3 to keep it from catching on part1 when closed. Parts 2 & 4 are copied here unchanged for convenience.
