Finally finished to work on my first designed 3D printer... As a base, I used a nice design of HyperCube 3D printer by Tech2C. In general- its something between HyperCube and HyperCube Evolution in therms of printed volume size: L300xW200xH250 mm.
Design considerations:
1. Safety: enclosed printer with hidden electrical and heated elements as much as possible, to make it inaccessible to little curious fingers of my children to touch accidentally something that shouldn't be touched
2. Cost effective: using cheap still reliable parts to reduce total cost to fit the budget
3. To maximize building volume with standard parts, with relatively small external dimensions to place the printer during operation on limited-size table, and to storage it while not in use.
4. To avoid two-sided heated bed support like big volume beds (like in HyperCube Evolution)
5. In the end to get simple and reliable 3D printer that easy to use without intense maintenance
6. Aesthetic design
