Impulsor Shield Dome/Comms Array Base Bit (76)

If you're like me and want to use all options from your Impulsor Kit, you'll notice that the sprue only comes with one bit "76" - but you need two to reasonably build both the Shield Dome and the Comms Array option. This file fixes this issue ;).
