Inoculation loop handle.
The inoculation loop is a nichrome wire that I've bought. It is 0.8 mm thick.
The handle should take wires around this thickness.
The handle has at the end a M10x1.5 screw and nut.
The screw is split in quarters in a form of a wedge.
You can put stick the wire in the center, tighten the nut and it holds the loop.
When printing maybe use a lower layer hight. At the end maybe run the nut screw through a metal screw/nut or proper screw making equipment, to make it smoother.
Print the handle with a brim.
