Interchangeable Wall Hook

Interchangeable wall hook, with the hook base mounted on the wall you can install different attachments without damaging the wall to putting stress into your wall. Extension cord hanger shown. Any custom hanger can be made, simply use the "Hanger Interface Piece" and build your hook from there. The geometer of the interface piece is the only critical part.

Estimated strength is 250lbs of mass loaded 3" from the base mount. The weakest point is the plywood lamination of the base mount.
