Interlochen Container System

I had so many tools, earring bits, and experimental parts on my work space, I needed a way to organize them.
This is a system of different sizes of containers and accessories.
I am using the terms width, depth, and height. All are 60mm in depth. So I will not mention depth in the descriptions. They are 20, 40, and 60 mm in width, and 20, 60, and 100 mm in height (with one exception). They all connect with a tongue and grove which is consistent across all parts.

There are 9 basic shapes (each of 20, 40, 60 width and 20, 60, 100 heights. The modifications involve adding a grid to the center for tall thin things like pencils; adding a “window” to the ones that hold snips, needle-nose pliers etc., so one can see which tool it is; covers; a tray (no real volume, just a lip); connectors to join two rows of boxes together.

With the differences in shrinkage, color, manufacturer, etc, it was difficult to get a size where the dovetail fit but was not too loose. They are all the same size, so
