This design is based upon a design of a similar jig posted on YouTube by user "Shop Built". The video was great (I just wish he didn't have the video running so fast as it made it difficult to discern what he was doing). Anyway, while I recognized that this project was daunting as a woodworking project. it was just begging to be a 3D printer project... sooooo...
This is my first attempt at designing and 3D printing on the Lulzbot TAZ 6. These parts are prototypes which means that they were printed using the "High Speed" setting in Cura. The filament I used was 1.75 mm True Black Polylite PDA. I got the 1.75 mm filament by accident and then found out through some extensive Googleing that the Lulzbot TAZ 6 (and I believe the TAZ 5 with the hexagon hot end) will work with 1.75 filament, all you have to do is use the profile for Polylite PDA (or other if using a different filament) and switch the size to 1.75 in the advanced setting dialogue box.
