This really works very well and I, personally, am very pleased with the results.Calculated angle for specific blade width as follows:- 25mm blade width. The blade makes a 15* angle to the stone.- 35mm blade width. The blade makes a 10* angle to the stone.If the manufacturer of your knife recommends different angles and the width of your knife blade doesn't fall between these two limits listed above, please scale this part up or down according to your needs.I printed this piece out of PLA. After 5-6 sharpening sessions, the guide part wears (grinds) off and a new one needs to be printed.
