Filament Jam Sensor made to be mounted to a Kossel Clear.
Sensor can be found on Amazon

Signswise 600p/r Incremental Rotary Encoder Dc5-24v Wide Voltage Power Supply 6mm Shaft
Various M3 bolts will be needed to assemble.
You will also need a 606ZZ bearing. 17mm OD 6mm ID
Print the wheel out of TPU with 1 wall layer. That makes the wheel very soft and act like a spring against the filament. I prefer about 20% grid infill with 4 bottom layers and 5 top. Version 2 of the wheel seems much better. It kinda folds around the filament and grips it. Takes a bit more force to pull through, but it prevents slipping.
Print the bracket in the orientation it is in the STL, which will require supports, but will make the part much stronger.
