This little housing for an KVM Switch Button (https://www.amazon.de/dp/B0GYD7ZGML?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1) fits in a normal D-Type cutout. It's possible to mount it in 90° steps.
You can add text for the button by yourself at your slicer. Then check the orientation by assembling.
For final assembling you have to glue the top and bottom parts together.
