Allow a tolerance of 0.2–0.4 mm in the model design. It’s recommended to use TPU for the base pads. Also, try to increase the number of layers and fill density in the printed model. Installing the clips on both sides can be difficult. You can use a hair dryer to heat them slightly and make them bend before installation. Once they’ve cooled down, secure them with M3.5*10 self-tapping screws, then simply wait for them to cool completely.
