LiDAR data conversion

LiDAR point data conversion from models sw7534_p_9932_20150320_20150320 and sw7634_p_9932_20150320_20150320. The second, more detailed model has approx 1.8M Vertices with 3.4M Faces. Added a low resolution, NURBS based Step file for use in CAM operation or similar.
