Star Wars Lightsaber - Custom hilt design.

The lightsaber hilt is 260 mm long and with the blade fully extended as in the photo's it is 920 mm overall length.

The hilt is is made up in 6 pieces, lower handle, upper handle, screw bottom, screw bottom end, tri end and end cap. The end cap is handy to keep the blade from unintentionally coming out when not in use. I would recommend more infill for the tri end to make that part a bit stronger.

The blade has 6 sections which interlock as they slide out. I have provided a stl for each individual blade and another stl for all the blade to be printed in place. Depends on how well you have your printer settings dialled in. I printed each section individually just to avoid any issues but this took way longer on the print time.

The light holder fits into the bottom of the largest blade section. You will need to purchase the Olight i1R 2 EOS to use with this design.
