Lightweight Y Splitter using ceramic insert

After testing several existing splitter models, I found that none of them met my needs. In short, this model uses lightweight connectors, ceramic inserts to prevent wear, and a layer-aligned filament path to reduce friction. Existing splitters mainly use PC4-Mx connectors, which are heavier than needed, so I sourced a lightweight connector compatible with Bambu Lab printers instead.While a single PC4-M10 connector can weigh over 10 g, using these lightweight connectors keeps the entire splitter assembly at only 13 g. To prevent wear and snagging inside the filament path—common in designs where filament transitions between PTFE tubes and printed walls—this splitter uses ceramic inserts, also seen in prints like the AMS Saver.
