Limit Switch Extender

The Ortur LM2 laser engraver if adjusted too low can cause the laser to crash into the frame before it can touch the Y axis limit switch for homing. Sliding this simple extender on to the metal tab on the limit switch solves the problem. This could apply to other situations where you need just a bit more travel to trigger a limit switch.
