Lithophane Lamp

IMPORTANT UPDATE: This model is prone to overheating in its current state. For anybody making this, I recommend avoiding hot glue, and instead using super glue or some other non-heat-sensitive bonding agent. I also recommend removing the lid if you intend to leave the lamp on for longer than 15 minutes (right now the lid cuts off circulation and creates a small LED powered oven). I am in the process of redesigning the lid/lamp body to accommodate for this issue. While I am at it, I will also look into figuring out how to make the lamp spin.

Update 2: I have finished designing version 2.0, and am currently in the process of printing. If all goes well, the new design should be up by the end of the month.

This lamp holds and displays lithophane tiles. Each of the 4 sides can hold 75x150mm worth of lithophanes. You can get creative with that, but I only printed 3 easy to work with sizes, which were 75x50, 75x75, and 75x100. Feel f
