Logging Trailer

Parts required to 3d print and scratch build your own Logging Trailer.

Suits 1/14 scale Tamiya & Hercules Hobby RC Trucks.

All parts were printed in PLA Plus from 3D Fillies.


Aluminium rails were also scratch built from a 6.5m length of mill finish aluminium extrusion 40mm x 20mm x 1.6mm unequal angle.
In Australia this is available from Capral Aluminium.

Aluminium is docked at 1000mm, then using Tamiya/Hercules Hobby trailer rails, are then profiled to the same shapes, front & rear.
(You can of course make them any length you wish)

3d print "Air Bag suspension" type files are included.

As is, a rear light set.
(LED buckets & fitting brackets, and lenses)

There is also a Side Clearance Light holder too.
It holds a 5 x 2mm LED.
(Yellow ones are available from Jaycar in Australia.)

Both length trailer axle tubes are included; 120mm and 140mm too.
Just choose whichever width plastic tube that you want on your trailer.
Metal parts are identical inte
