Long Claw Wolf Head Shift Knob

This is a remix of the original Wolf Head shift knob by Screwyluie.

I modified the files to accept two M8 x 1.25 ,6 mm thick hex nuts to fit my Toyota Camry. I also added a new part. It's a sleeve to make the transition look nicer.
