low_poly_eagle

Low-polygon eagle made for fun.
The low_poly_eagle.stl file is mostly representative, but not quite the final thing I printed. Modify as you see fit.
Design was done in blender and fusion360.

I printed the wings in the orientation seen in the "platter" file with a raft and heavy support for the lower 20~30% and more support for the over-hang. Print slow or the tips can wobble and look bad.
The body, I sliced into 3 pieces for easier printing, then glued together. Wings have pegs that plug into the body.
The base has subtle slots that catch the legs and tail. The intention was to not permanently attach the eagle to the base.
