Lulzbot Mini 2 camera mount for Raspberry Pi camera

Camera mount for Raspberry Pi 2 camera, which fixes to the bed of a Lulzbot Mini 2 printer.
There are four parts:
* Lulzbot Mini 2 bed mount
* angled arm and camera box (taken from jeffstreet's Camera mount)
* Cover for the back of the Raspberry Pi Camera
* The mount, angled arm and support (which just avoids the tool head)
The end result is shown in the photographs.
If you have access to Fusion360 (which I don't) you may be able to adjust angles and heights using [jeffstreet's original](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2963222), however, the mount will need to be swapped for a Lulzbot Mini 2 mount such as I include.
