### Context:
This is part of a project to convert a Meade LX200GPS to the OnStep system. The project is documented in "Conversion of LX200GPS to OnStepX", by Richard Francis, 30 April 2025, available in the Files section of [email protected].
### Fabrication:
This part the home disk on the dec axis. Two different designs are given, one suitable for fabrication in aluminium, preferably by CNC, and the other for 3d printing.
The 3D print version os distinguished by the 5 large holes to reduce the print time and plastic consumption, while they are not present in the CNC vresion to avoid unneccessary cutting operations.
You only need one for the OnStep conversion.
