I purchased a set of LED sewing machines work lights to brighten up my build platform, but they have a magnetic mount. Of course, my printer frame is Lexan, so no real good places to mount them. I did have a simpler 'hanger' mount for them, but after converting my printer first to a RAMPS setup, and then to a dual Bowden setup, I needed to make a more permanent solution.
These mounts bolt in place using the original mounting holes for the display that came with the printer. Since I don't use that display anymore, it doesn't matter that the button holes get covered. I also use the mounting holes to mount my cold ends on the backside of the cross piece.
It would be fairly easy to modify them to allow access the display and buttons if you are still using the original control board.
The lamps themselves simply push into the mounts and stay put via friction. They do not seem to want to work themselves out, but you could add a small drop of glue if you felt it was needed.
