Maker Select Plus spool holder supports

***NOTE: It dawned on me much later that I had made this compatible only with the 500g spools I had been using for a while.The 1kg will go on but the inner part rubs against the spool and hinders the feeding. There needs to be a little more width in the base to solve this.***

I was inspired by both JimJayJimmy's supports (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2401572) and Construtor's spool holder to create my combo support to fit the Maker Select Plus. Using the idea of the supports JimJayJimmy created for the Tevo, I designed my own supports with a little added stability. The Rodless Spool Holder makes a lot of sense to me because the pivot ends up through the center of the spool so there is no drag as it spins. I am a novice designer so this may not be a perfect design but it was repaired in Windows 3d builder so it should be fine. Note: I had to print the end cap for the Rodle
