Mars 2 Pro Recirculating Filter

I wasn't a fan of the single pass air filter that came with my Mars 2 Pro, and wanted a recirculating filter that can be refilled.

This filter uses the stock 50mm fan and some magnets superglued in to make it easy to refill the column with carbon pellets. Make sure to align the magnets correctly! I extended the stock fan wire with some WAGO connectors, and sealed up the stock vent with tape.

Still in the testing phase, but hopefully it can't be any worse than the stock filter!

BOM:

M3x5.0x4.0 Threaded inserts
M3 screws (16mm worked for me, but the length may change based on your fan choice)
6mm x 3mm Magnets
Activated Carbon Pellets
50mm Fan (if you can't reuse what you already have).
