The tanks on the side of the building go in a pattern of what they contain, Oxygen, Water, Hydrogen. (With extra oxygen.) The short antenna is a Low Frequency antenna for connecting with others on mars and the larger, satellite looking antenna is a High Frequency antenna for contacting people on earth. The stairs and antenna are retractable, for efficient hauling from earth.
