I thought this was a great idea. I thought that I would include my 123D Design file so others can modify as they see fit. The tag is 40mm X 40mm X 4mm. I filleted two edges of the tag and left the other 2 edges straight.
In 123D Design, edit text and extrude text by 1mm. Export to STL file and slice/print.
