This could potentially result in physical harm by parts getting loose and getting stuck in your ear. Besides, it is not rated to be sound dampening and certainly is not waterproof.
It was designed as a joke present to a festival go-er. it has been based on an alpine earplug with a changeable filter. feel free to use/edit/repost it, however a name mention would be appreciated.
I printed the plug in ninja flex and the filter in pla, to mimic the original textures of an earplug, but I suppose any material would work for both. If you print both parts in a non-flexible you might have to fiddle with the sizes a little bit to make it all fit.
