Minecraft Sword

https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1476950 is great, but the tabs for inserting the pieces are very fragile, so I imported the STL and added an internal support to make them more strong.

I printed on an Ender 3 Pro, with PLA, dynamic layer height from 0.16 to 0.28, at 80 mm/s, bed 60º and hotend 210º, fan at 50.

I scaled down the sword body to 55% and the pieces to 54%, and for the pieces I used brim of 3mm
