Mingda D2 D3 BLTouch Install Simplified

Install Summary for Mingda D Series BLTouch

1. Download BLTouch firmware from: https://www.3dmingda.com/download/firmware.html
(Ex: D2 Firmware for add BL Touch)

2. Format SD card for FAT32

3. Add Mingda download "Firmware.bin" to formated SD card

4. Turn off power to printer, unplug power.

5. Insert SD card

6. Plug in power, turn on printer.

7. Printer will auto update to firmware placed on SD Card. Touch screen should now show option of Auto Bed Level.

8. Proceed to install BL Touch. Refer to pictures of motherboard

9. Install BL Touch connectors on motherboard header marked "Z-Probe"

10. Wire colors from left to right (wire colors correspond with those coming off BL Touch)
- Brown, Red, Orange, Black, White

11. All done. Proceed to Auto Bed Level. ABL settings vary from mount to mount.

Note: Go ahead and get the BL Touch w/ 2m extension cable
