Mini External Gear Pump

this is the first mini water pump I started playing with . I got it working but the drag/ friction that comes with making a good seal caused too much load for the motors I' working with.

Simple little positive displacement pump

I don't currently plan on going any farther with this pump but that may change in the future.

m3x 10 fasteners to hold the front cover on
m3x4 to mount the gearbox/ coupling( long drive)


bearings are lubricated with working fluid and are ported from the output side of the pump ( little grooves in housing face to bushing holes) this is critical otherwise it will pull air in and the bearings will run dry.
pump housing also has groove for oring witch I stopped using for the long drive to help with friction and heat .
