This Mini Halligan Tool is a 3D-printed scale model of the classic firefighter breaching tool – compact, sturdy, and fun to use.The model is about 29 cm in length (approx. 1:3 scale) and comes in three parts that are printed separately and assembled afterwards. The top end features a toothed connection ring, which locks the shaft securely in place and ensures correct alignment during assembly.UsageWorks as a display piece or collectible for anyone into rescue & firefighting gear.Can also be used for dry-training together with a standard firefighter wedge.Not intended for heavy use – this is a scale model, not a full-strength tool.AssemblyInsert the threaded insert:Before attaching the blade aand claw, melt in an M4 threaded insert at the top of the shaft.Prepare the claw:The claw end of the shaft uses a simple printed thread.Screw the claw piece onto the shaft until it is tight.Assemble the blade:Slide the blade piece onto the top of the shaft.Use the toothed alignment ring to ensure c
