Mini-Hurdle

This is a two piece mini-hurdle used for agility training on the sports field. This has been designed to fit with a section of 1/2" OD PVC pipe available at any North American hardware store. Height of bar is 19 cm or just shy of 7.5".

The arms are best printed in a vertical orientation rotated 45 degrees, such that only the curve piece is touching the build plate, with supports providing the necessary adhesion. The legs can be printed laying down or standing.

Print two legs, two arms, and cut a pipe section to fit. I like to use a pipe length of roughly 45 cm.

After cleaning the prints, the arm should press fit cleanly over the head of the leg piece. There is some fluting to help with the orientation.
