Mini Spool fi60 (Revision 2)

This is basically a revision to my other mini spool design: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6166008

I needed something smaller to wind up a few pieces of 32AWG wire that I bought.

Changes are:
- whole spool height is reduced to : 20mm, 18mm and 15mm
- thicker spool sides (3mm)

As previously you'll need 2x screws 2,2x9,5mm (for plastic/metal/wood. maybe M2x8 will do the trick too).
