Modified Dustboot

Modified the original to have a couple of different features. First, i modified the plate - coupler to be one item, an angled receiver plate. This was done to kill some parts count, angle the hose intake to increase airflow also. This one mates well with the new brush track that has instead of a large oval area for the brush, an much smaller ring only, that seems to give more suction over the work area. I also made 2 versions of the collar, the original short and longer one. This was done as I used fairly generic bike seat clamps to secure the ring to the spindle. I didn't use threaded inserts, I lengthened the plastic tube area so it could be threaded directly, as with the 3 m5 screws, I am not having any holding issues.
