I bought some callipers for my XY-table on my drill stand. I will upgrade them in the future with a display.

As I am not good in soldering on breadboards I redesigned the the plan from Scrachi and designed a little PCB (65mm x 65mm) in Fritzing. Hopefully everything is wired correct :-D

2017-09-16:
There is now a second PCB (65mm x 55mm). The display I have lying around has a i2c connection, so this PCB should fit it and the rest of the digital and analog ports are free to use.

A big thank you for Scrachi, who made the base for this PCB - thumbs up!
(the STL files are the ones from Scrachi)

I adapted the ino-File from Scrachi to the NewLiquidCrystal-Library from https://bitbucket.org/fmalpartida/new-liquidcrystal/downloads/
The LCD-address can be found with this little sketch from https://playground.arduino.cc/Main/I2cScanner
