Design ConceptThis passive vent model includes multiple modular components: a decorative front cover, a front panel, a pipe insert, and an optional rear mesh retainer. The design offers both functional airflow and a clean, finished appearance for any interior.PurposeDesigned for passive ventilation, this model allows natural air circulation while providing a neat and customizable look for wall or ceiling vent openings. It is ideal for bathrooms, kitchens, or utility rooms.Printing RecommendationsNo special print settings are required. The parts are optimized for easy printing without supports. PLA or any standard filament is suitable, as the model does not experience mechanical or thermal stress.You can experiment with the bottom layer pattern to texturize the decorative panel/ visible elements.Originally created for a ventilation pipe with a diameter of 120 mm, but can be adjusted to the required size by scaling. For a painless scaling experience, scale ALL parts at once, checking the OUTSIDE diameter of the inserted part. For example, for a 125mm diameter ventilation pipe - the diameter of the pipe being inserted (or the internal fixator for the mesh) should not exceed 124mm.Assembly InstructionsThe mesh is not included. For best results, use super glue or plastic-specific adhesive to assemble the parts.The mesh can be attached directly to the front panel — the decorative cover will conceal it without interfering with airflow.For installation into an actual ventilation pipe, it is recommended to use appropriate sealants.If needed, you may print only the decorative panel and its cover to upgrade the appearance of an existing vent opening.
