Modular Framing Blocks

I needed to create a frame to protect my son's hologram fan. It has a 16 inch blade so I would need at least a 17 inch square frame for it. No way my 220mm bed was going to be big enough to print it, so I came up with these interlocking modular blocks.

I think I've covered every possible combination of male and female connectors. You will need to flip and/or rotate blocks to get all the combinations.

They are 50mm square, which is very close to 2 inches.
