Modular Spool Construction

It is an idea for integrating spools together and use them as a construction skeleton for making it a holder or construction model. Maybe it is not the best way for recycling them. Because you need to use approximately 250 gr of PLA for making a construction part with 3 piece of 1 kg spools. You need to use %8.34 of your material for recycling the spools.

But you can think in another way. With my print settings and with too much precious plastic welding with patience you will have really strong and well organized construction. I welded long cylinders but didn't welding between them. I just align them as a ⁙ (Quincunx) shape. It is enough for balance.

There is some issues with top connecting parts but cleaning the stringings with soldering iron and cutting the top of them and cleaning the surface a little with pliers could solve it. After connecting, I also welded filaments on connecting area for strong connections.
